I called Jeff about a month ago to get a quote to steam clean my two couches. He quoted me about 80 bucks less than everyone else, and was highly rated so I went with him. Then my life went into a scheduling tailspin, for about a month we exchanged emails and he very patiently worked with me to find a time that would work.
When I was finally back in town, he came late in the evening to work with me, showed up on time, was polite, took his shoes off (even though I didn't care, he just did it as a courtesy), and then did a fantastic job. He offered me a choice of a more natural cleaning product or conventional product. He easily spent two hours working on my couches, cleaning every surface including the pillows. He even tried to get an ink stain out of the side of a cushion that I didn't request him to do. I highly recommend Jeff and his service and I will definitely use him in the future."
